As these products are handcrafted personally by our skilled artisans so it would not be technically “Perfect” as compared to factory-made but these small imperfections are what makes our bags antique, unique, and give a perfect vintage look.

1. Returns

  • A buyer should contact us within 10 days of receiving the item
  • A refund will be given in refund or replacement on the buyer’s choice.
  • Return shipping will be paid by the buyer.

6. Exchanges (if applicable)
  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please click a picture and send it to us in case of defective and damaged goods and send us an email at orbitimportandexport.udaipur@gmail.com  and we will provide you the address of the warehouse where you can send the product for return.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
